L’Oreal Infallible Lip Paints

Do you have ever those moments when you’re roaming through the store and are drawn to buy something that is WAY out of your comfort zone? When I saw these L’Oreal Infallible Lip Paints, that is absolutely how I felt. I typically only wear liquid and classic lipsticks (so boring, I know) plus these colors are so bright and fun! Secretly, I think I’m trying to will Spring to come here in the Pacific Northwest 🙂

Sephora Sale Haul!

The twice-annual sale at Sephora ends tomorrow (4/24), and if you’re anything like me, this is (almost) better than Christmas! If you’re apart of Sephora’s Beauty Insider program, you can get 10-15% off your entire purchase, depending on your status.

Since Sephora rarely has items on sale that I am obsessing over, this is the time to stock up on your beauty staples or splurge on that item you’ve been waiting to try! I wanted to share the items I picked up in case you forgot about the sale OR wanted to place a last minute order 🙂

Laura Mercier Candleglow Sheer Perfecting Powder in 01, $38

This beauty has been catching my eye on plenty of blog posts and since I love the LM Translucent Powder, I thought this would be really pretty for a light setting powder to add a subtle glow when I’m trying to achieve a subtle look!

Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Beloved & Lolita, $20

I have one of her liquid lipsticks in my collection, so I thought I would add a few more after swatching some super fun colors in the store. Lolita is her signature color in the line and beloved is a fun hot coral/pink.

NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer in Creme Brulee, $30

I love the NARS radiant creamy concealer so I was excited to pick this up. It’s a full-coverage matte concealer, which I think will be perfect for covering up blemishes or red spots.

Ole Henriksen Truth Serum, $48

I’ve used this serum over the years and I forget how much I love it when I stop using it, so I decided to restock. It brightens & hydrates your skin, plus it smells like oranges… WIN!

Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil, $105

This is definitely a splurge item, but when it’s 15% off…. I can’t say no. I have been incorporating using this at night for the past six months and it is has given me some serious results! Check out my blog post for a more in depth review.

all.about.face. by Beauty Blender, $38

I’m long overdue for a new beauty blender and have been also wanting to try the micro mini to apply concealer under my eye and in the inner corner. This value set is so perfect because it comes with three sponges & a sample of their blender cleanser… which is by far my favorite sponge cleanser I’ve tried.

Sephora Cloud Cover Powder Puff, $10

This was totally an impulse grab, but I’ve been looking for a look powder pouf that I can use when I need to rest my hand on my face without messing up the makeup I’ve already applied. I see makeup artists use these all the time, plus it was super plush & I couldn’t resist.

Did you pickup anything from the sale? Any last minute recommendations for something I should grab online?

XO, Danielle

Full Coverage Foundation

Almost all year round, except when I’m rocking a killer tan, I love a full coverage foundation. Since I have dry to combination skin, sometimes it’s hard finding the right products and routine to get that flawless look to cover up redness, hyper pigmentation and all the other skin problems that exist.
